This proposal seeks community and validator agreement for the v3.0.1 software upgrade which was previously prepared by Genuine Labs on the classic-terrra repo at https://github.com/classic-terra/core/releases/tag/v3.0.1 . Upon passing of this proposal the proposed binary is deployed by means of a chain halt software upgrade. This means that the chain will be halted at block height 18,303,000 and the protocol will require validators to replace the old binary by the proposed one. The chain halt block height is going to be processed at approximately Jun 2, 2024, 16:00:00 UTC. Vote yes if you agree to deploy v3.0.1 of the terrad binary by means of a software upgrade proposal at block height 18,303,000. Voting no signals that you do not agree to deploy the proposed binary in the proposed fashion.
