Establish a Terra Classic Team

This proposal seeks Governance permission to establish a permanent team, to work directly for Terra Classic Chain, to be paid on a monthly basis. The roles, salary, responsibilities and no of developers is to be established in following proposals dependent of Governance approval as follows: Following the approval of this proposal the Community and the Validators are to be engaged on Commonwealth to decide the requirements, roles and the responsibilities of the team and after positive feedback the proposal is to be officially voted by Governance. If this proposal has a negative vote, will go back to the scratchboard to review the requirements , the roles and the responsibilities until there is a positive vote so we can move further to the next phase of the process. Once the roles and responsibilities have been approved by Governance the Community and the Validators are to be engaged on Commonwealth to propose developers to fill the positions created and after positive feedback, every candidate is to be voted officially by Governance. Following the negative vote of this proposal the entire process is to be stopped and no further action to be taken
