Create official community commonwealth platform

Signal Proposal: Gauging Community Sentiment on Establishing an Official Community-Led Commonwealth Platform It is understood that anyone can create a Luna Classic Commonwealth to discuss future proposals, so technically, no governance vote is required. However, this proposal aims to depart from the current third-party arrangement to enhance moderation and ensure consistency by establishing an officially governed forum. The existing third-party platform has exhibited numerous inadequacies, serious cases of racism, doxxing, and harassment, poorly moderated and in most instances, not addressed at all, requiring urgent need for improvement. Various members of the Lunc Community who actively contribute have expressed their reluctance to utilize the existing platform due to the reasons enumerated. The objective behind this proposal is to bring forth a unified message that facilitates a fresh discussion forum, where we can foster constructive conversations in a safe and secure setting. It is believed that such a forum should be moderated fairly yet robustly; despite attempts to improve the existing platform, there has been no measurable improvement. To achieve unbiased moderation, it is proposed that a selection of community members/holders, as named below, monitor the platform. These individuals have voluntarily stepped forward and are named in the proposal as impartial holders of Luna Classic. None of the named moderators have any connections to validators, ensuring even coverage of the community as a whole and representation across various time zones. Vote Yes: A new Commonwealth platform will be created with named moderators (any future moderation changes will require governance voting). Vote Abstain: You have no opinion for or against the new Commonwealth platform. Vote No: A new Commonwealth platform will not be created, and we will continue as is. No with Veto: Not applicable. Should this proposal pass, a request will be made to both TFL Station and Galaxy Station, adding the new Commonwealth link to the trusted links in future proposal text.
