After validator feedback and discussions on proposal #11885 we decided to change procedure to an upgrade proposal. This makes the process easier for validators as the chain halts automatically, allowing validators and node-operators an easier upgrade. Due to the requirements of upgrade proposals, the binary was changed to version v2.3.2 (v6_1). The chain will automatically halt at block 15751600 which from current estimations at the time of writing is Fr, Dec 08, 2023, 1:43pm UTC The binary for this upgrade is located at https://github.com/classic-terra/core/releases/tag/v2.3.2 This update fixes a critical issue of dyncomm ante decorator related to account sequence.
