This proposal seeks community approval for the on-chain deployment of terrad client v2.3.0, also referred to as "v6." Notably, this update incorporates the newly introduced dyncomm module, integrating protocol logic for determining minimum validator commissions based on voting power (previously approved through text proposal 11738).
