I propose manually burning the Ozone, LFG, and Anchor wallets. These coins belong to the community and need to be burned. Regarding the burning of 800 million USTC in the Ozone wallet, the community has received several proposals, but the coins have not been burned yet. The fate of these coins should be decided by the community because they belong to the community. However, the owners of the wallet key are ignoring the community's demand. Therefore, I propose burning them manually, as this is the only way. This proposal ONLY concerns these wallets, and the burning will be of SINGULAR nature. There is no danger to the blockchain in my proposal.
