Operation rolling thunder

Ask binance to TEMPORARILY switch from burning lunc to burning ustc instead to help lower the supply to make it easier to re peg. Say set a one month timeframe in which ustc is burned instead of lunc then take another community poll to see if that's enough and then switch back to burning lunc. Or if the community puts forth another proposal to stop it sooner it can be done here immediately or prolonged, whatever the community wants to do. (WrathofDalton)
